You will translate plans into action on site, drive adherence to quality standards, and foster teamwork. Ideal candidates excel at leading crews, communicating with customers, and maintaining safety and schedule discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading or managing construction crews.
• Experience in parking lot maintenance or coatings preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision making.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews to ensure projects are completed safely and with high workmanship.
• Participate in safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
• Read blueprints, work orders, site plans and project specs to guide execution.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Communicate with customers and provide project updates; address delays or issues promptly.
