Transdev in Portland, OR is seeking a Lead Reservationist to act as on-site working lead for LIFT Reservations, handling calls, bookings, and staff coaching. The role emphasizes ADA compliance, accurate scheduling, and high-quality customer service in a busy call center environment.

The position is 100% onsite with full-time hours and competitive compensation, including a structured progression plan and standard benefits. Previous paratransit or transit experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience in paratransit, public transportation, or human services is desirable.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
• Ability to pass background screening and maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Handles high-volume inbound calls with patience and professionalism, adhering to ADA and TriMet LIFT policies.
• Serves as primary on-shift trainer for new Reservationists with shadowing and hands-on coaching.
• Coaches staff on ADA rules, pickup windows, shared-ride requirements, and mobility determinations while ensuring policy compliance.
• First escalation point for complex or ADA-sensitive issues, routing others as needed.
• Verifies customer eligibility in Trapeze and books/modifies/cancels trips per guidelines; documents no-shows.
