- Graduate education or Doctoral degree in a related field may supplement experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversees preparation of charging documents, plea agreements, discovery, and arraignment scheduling.
- Performs legal research to support charges and prepare documents.
- Monitors calendar and provides case files for indictment preparation.
- Designs and maintains a computer system for case monitoring.
- Serves as technical expert and provides legal support to the unit.
- Prepares and presents various legal documents applying litigative knowledge.
