Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with Paralegal Certificate obtained or in process with 5 years of experience, OR Associate's degree in Paralegal studies or Paralegal certificate required or in process with 7 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead records management for Secretariat/Officers and Directors databases.
- Maintain corporate filings and records; oversee FERC interlock process.
- Incorporate, qualify, and dissolve corporate entities.
- Provide records management support to Finance, Compliance, and other Legal Department sections.
- Prepare certificates, resolutions, or related legal documents for transactions or projects.
- Assist attorneys with complex records review, document preparation, and legal research.
- Prepare documents and reports with Legal Department staff.
