Job summary

CME Group is seeking an experienced IAM Security Engineer to lead design, deployment, and support of large-scale CyberArk/Idira solutions. You will identify gaps, drive remediation, and mentor junior staff in a fast-moving security environment.

You will work across Windows and Linux, crafting scripts in PowerShell or Python, and collaborate with cloud teams to strengthen identity and access controls within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience with CyberArk/Idira.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying and supporting large-scale CyberArk/Idira implementations.
• Familiarity with IAM areas: Directory services, Identity lifecycle management, Federation/MFA, Identity Visibility and Intelligence.
• Expertise in Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity or expertise in cloud technologies a plus.
• Ability to create scripts in PowerShell or Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps, containerized workloads and related tooling a plus.
• Strong familiarity with security issues surrounding IAM and implementation of controls.
• Thorough knowledge of information security components, principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to work across a broad range of technologies.
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues to technicians and sponsors.
• Knowledge of audit controls and IAM architecture, design, and processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Product Operating Model.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of highly automated and reliable PAM solutions.
• Identify gaps in PAM coverage and drive remediation.
• Research emerging IAM trends and perform product evaluations.
• Contribute to roadmaps and project plans for PAM or IAM efforts.
• Provide advanced incident troubleshooting and participate in on-call rotation and DR tests.
• Automate existing manual tasks and document processes for internal teams.
• Assist teams in identifying, storing and using credentials.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance.
