Job summary

Samsung SDS America is seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to design, implement, secure, and continuously improve enterprise PAM, with emphasis on CyberArk, Windows, and Linux infrastructures. This role focuses on automating security controls, governance, and privileged-access processes to reduce risk across large environments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, strong CyberArk knowledge, and experience integrating IAM with enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity experience.
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with CyberArk components (Digital Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSM for SSH, CCP, AAM, EPV).
• Deep Active Directory and Linux environment management.
• Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, MFA, SSO, and least-privilege security concepts.
• Experience with REST APIs, automation frameworks, and scripting.
• Experience integrating PAM with SIEM, ticketing, and security-monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and continuously improve enterprise CyberArk PAM environment.
• Onboard, manage, and secure privileged, service, and application accounts across AD, Linux, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Configure CyberArk safes, policies, access controls, password rotation, and session monitoring/recording.
• Troubleshoot CyberArk authentication, onboarding, rotation, and session-management issues.
• Integrate CyberArk with AD, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, and IAM ecosystems.
• Support CyberArk upgrades, migrations, HA, and DR activities.
• Design IAM/PAM processes aligned with Zero Trust and least-privilege principles.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex issues and strengthen privileged-access security.
