The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, leadership skills, and is authorized to work in the U.S. This position involves hands-on work and supporting team performance while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance in person and on site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supervisor in managing daily departmental operations.
• Guide team members and manage workflow.
• Monitor workflow to meet production schedules.

Skills
