Job summary

Responsibilities include scaffold setup, maintaining surfaces, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards. Transportation, meals, and housing accommodations are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Some overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to make fast, simple repeated movements of fingers, hand and wrist.
• Keep hand and arm steady while moving or holding position.
• Use or proper use of all tools or equipment needed on the job.
• Follow safety standards of the company and Health Care Centers.
• Demonstrate good workmanship in a neat and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint to building and structures with brush, roller, or spray gun.
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surfaces.
• Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk or putty.
• Remove fixtures prior to painting and remove old finishes by stripping or sanding.
• Set up scaffolding or ladders for work at height.
• Participate in required training and continuing education.
