Job summary

The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to follow health-care center standards. Some travel may be required; onsite work with competitive pay and benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands and wrists.
• Willingness to travel overnight may be required.
• Must follow safety standards and health-care center policies.

Responsibilities

• Paint walls, equipment, and surfaces with brush, roller, or spray gun.
• Protect surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape.
• Fill cracks and joints with caulk, putty, or plaster.
• Remove fixtures prior to painting.
• Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, and brushing.
• Set up scaffolding or ladders as needed.
• Attend trainings and required in-services.
• Respect residents' rights and maintain privacy and dignity.
• Follow safety regulations and report hazards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
