The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, five years of hospital or industrial maintenance experience, and a valid New Jersey driver license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; five years of hospital/industrial maintenance or construction experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to stay organized, work independently or with a team, and document work.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled wall prep, scraping, sanding, and repairs, including ceilings and exteriors.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep building systems safe and operational.
• Set up ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and manage spray equipment.
