Qualifications

• At least three years of professional painting experience.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record requirements if operating Meritus vehicles.
• If using a personal vehicle, insurance requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Apply paints, sealers, varnishes, stains and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Refinish furniture and equipment.
• Plan and record daily work assignments for preventive maintenance.
• Maintain schedules and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
