Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeylevel standing as painter via apprenticeship, union status, or 4 years as helper to a painter
• Ability to respond to emergencies outside normal business hours
• Must have, or obtain by time of hire, a valid driver’s license and meet driving standards

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled and sub-journey-level painting and related maintenance, repair, remodeling, and construction work
• Lead apprentices or helpers as assigned and coordinate with other trades
• Operate motor vehicles as required to complete work assignments
