Sodexo is seeking a Lead Painter in Cincinnati to lead a painting crew, maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the site, and ensure quality finishes. You will paint, varnish, fill defects, and estimate time and materials while coordinating schedules and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional leader of an assigned crew for indoor/outdoor maintenance.
• Paint, varnish, stain, enamel, lacquer and redecorate walls and woodwork.
• Fill nail holes, joints, and cracks with plaster or filler.
• Estimate time and material costs for painting projects.
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Assist with other duties as needed per account requirements.
