Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Production Cook to join our team in the United States. You will prepare nutritious dishes with a focus on quality and customer service, while helping reduce food waste and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow complex recipes and work with diverse meal periods.
• Strong team player with reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Follow recipes and produce batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May supervise and train production staff.
• Attend scheduled shifts reliably and perform other duties as needed.
