Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Paint Lead to assist in overseeing Paint Line operations. This role involves coordinating with technicians, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and be capable of leading a team effectively. Previous experience in a technical environment and knowledge of powder painting processes are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently assist in leading a team.
• Knowledge of Basic Print reading and torque values.
• Basic Computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in directing work activities of Paint Line Technicians.
• Ensure parts are racked correctly and schedule is being followed.
• Monitor all equipment and assist with troubleshooting.
• Report shortages to the department supervisor.
