Milestone Career Planner is seeking a Packing Supervisor to oversee the packing operations at our flour manufacturing facility in Kentucky. You will lead the packing team, ensure accurate, timely packaging, and maintain quality and hygiene standards.

Required: 3–5 years in packing supervision, strong leadership, good organizational skills, and the ability to work shifts. Education: High School/ITI/Diploma in a relevant field. This is an on-site role with strict safety compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in packing supervision, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in a production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the packing department and team.
• Ensure the accurate and timely packing of flour products.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of packing materials and finished products.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the packing area.
• Train and guide packing staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Prepare daily production reports and assist in inventory management.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
