Qualifications

3+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
Experience sourcing packaging materials, preferably in food manufacturing.
Experience with ERP systems; Plex is a plus.
Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.

Responsibilities

Source packaging materials including cartons, corrugated cases, bags, films, labels, liners, totes, pallets, and other components.
Develop and maintain qualified packaging suppliers and evaluate quotations.
Monitor supplier performance and lead times; negotiate pricing and terms.
Manage packaging inventory and coordinate with Planning and Production Scheduling to meet requirements.
Support new product launches and packaging changes with sourcing.
