Bosch USA in Lincolnton, NC seeks a Lead Packaging Operator to ensure OMT packaging equipment and processes run safely, efficiently, and in accordance with work instructions. You will serve as the primary technical resource, setting up lines, adjusting parameters, and guiding operators.

In this role you will monitor quality, complete First Piece and Last Piece checks, optimize throughput, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while upholding safety standards on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging lines and equipment.
• Ability to adjust machine parameters to optimize performance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective on-floor communication and leadership.
• Knowledge of FIFO and quality checks.

Responsabilités

• Ensure machines are properly set up with correct tooling, materials, and recipes before or during production.
• Work in assigned position while floating to support all packaging areas as needed.
• Ensure completion of First Piece and Last Piece inspections and maintain product quality.
• Adjust and optimize machine parameters to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Communicate machine status, issues, and corrective actions clearly to team members.
