Qualification And Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members

Job Tasks
Beginning Of Shift
- HCP check for all 5 lines even when they are not running, no product available or maintenance activity ongoing at the beginning of day shift
- Check printhead and tube of inkjet if clean from ink. If not clean, needs to be cleaned immediately by lead operator
- Glue rollers from glue applicator to be replaced with clean rolls on all lines
- Correct print on both sides of bags with verification from board operator for all lines
- All bagging machines physically running at 2000 bag/hour throughout the shift
- Radio and tablet hand over log sheet have been properly signed by the operators. In case of damaged radio or tablet, supervisor needs to be informed immediately
- Clean / blow out-weighing scale FFS at beginning of shift
During Shift
- Ensure housekeeping of all 5 lines (bagging machine, conveyors, palletizer (top and bottom), HSA and discharge chain conveyor), sea bulk area and P&S building is maintained throughout the shift
- All housekeeping tools have been properly stored back at the housekeeping station and not scattered around the building
- Assist operator with troubleshooting / adjusting parameters from FFS, palletizer, or HSA when a problem occurs
- All FFS and HSA rolls are prepared for an upcoming roll change
- Validate and verify that operators are doing hourly quality check on their line
- Every 4 hours teflon rotation has been done by the operator
- Print on bag and label on pallet is correct from the product currently running
- Blow back hopper on the line is empty when we have lot / grade change
- Verify that clean scrap (bags with bad seal, metal inside) is being disposed in blue tote
- Verify that dirty scrap (product sweepings, angel hair / dust) is being disposed in the yellow tote
- All pallets with issues (torn hood, bad seal, blow back product) is finished before shift hand over
- Follow up with staff to do individual LMRA
- Lead operator to verify that bag flattener at palletizer is set up correctly by operator to get the air out of bag
- Ensure that before LOT / GRADE change occurs everything is set up already and operator is at their workstation to do a LOT / GRADE change under or at 10 minutes
- Ensure that guide separator is put in between HSA film gusset
- Conduct LMRA’s with staff
- Minimize generation of scrap product (clean and dirty scrap)
- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage
- Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging
- Identify and dispose of defective items
- Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools
- Maintain a clean work area
