Job summary

Spin Master in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Packaging Engineering Lead to direct a team of packaging engineers in designing innovative, cost-effective structural packaging that supports brand goals and manufacturing schedules.

You will partner with Design, Product Development and Brand teams to translate marketing requirements into functional packaging structures, optimize materials and drive continuous cost reductions while preserving brand value and consumer appeal.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading packaging/engineering teams in consumer products.
• Extensive knowledge of corrugate, paperboard, blister packaging and production processes.
• Experience with packaging design software such as ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day project execution and resource allocation for a team.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development and Brand teams to translate requirements into functional packaging structures.
• Review and approve package structures and ensure on-time die-lines and manufacturability.
