Job summary
Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a packaging engineering leader to provide technical leadership across global packaging operations. You will design and optimize packaging equipment and processes for bulk powders and liquids, mentor teams, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve profitability and reliability across Ingredion locations.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and extensive experience with packaging systems, GMP, and equipment troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and significant experience in industrial packaging engineering.
- Experience with packaging equipment (robots, metal detection, force flow packers, screeners, magnets) of bulk powders and liquids.
- Strong communication, documentation, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to deliver packaging solutions for bulk powders and liquids.
- Lead process improvements and provide troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.
- Develop technical specifications and best practices for bulk packaging equipment.
- Provide technical consulting and support during capital projects and plant installations.
- Support safety, quality, manufacturing, and business goals across Ingredion locations.
