Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative structural packaging solutions for a variety of products.
• Conceptualize package designs, create prototypes and mock-ups for reviews and client presentations.
• Generate packaging die-lines and templates for new packaging inquiries.
• Create and update design files with detailed dimensions and material information.
• Use 2D and 3D software to produce technical drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with accounts and production teams to ensure project alignment.
• Lead the junior team members in ideation to final production while guiding and supporting them.
