Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Lead Packaging Design Engineer to drive packaging innovation for the Wellness category. You will own the technical design process from concept to detailed engineering, employing 3D CAD, FEA, and CFD analyses to ensure high quality, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities include developing packaging DOEs, collaborating with industrial designers and suppliers, and managing risk and timelines across projects.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering.
• 10 years' experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Proficiency in 3D design systems and analysis.
• FEA and CFD experience.
• Fundamental mechanical design and tooling design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design engineering for the Wellness category, ensuring quality, creativity, and timeliness.
• Develop packaging concepts and detailed designs in coordination with engineering and design teams.
• Perform 3D CAD development, FEA, CFD analyses, and tolerance assessment.
• Lead DOE development for packaging and manage supplier recommendations and cost estimates.
• Ensure manufacturability, cost targets, and sustainability across packaging solutions.
