Haleon plc. is seeking a Lead Packaging Design Engineer to steward packaging across the Wellness category. You will drive design from feasibility through detailed engineering, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met.

You will partner with the Lead Packaging Industrial Designer, perform 3D CAD and FEA analysis, develop packaging specifications, and guide DOE activities to enable robust, scalable solutions and new product introductions.

Formación

• BS degree in Engineering and 10 years’ mechanical design experience.
• MS degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience with packaging design and tooling development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead packaging design engineering for Wellness category.
• Develop packaging DOE’s and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with Industrial Designer on detailed packaging design.
• Perform 3D CAD, FEA, tolerance analysis and risk assessments.
• Validate specifications and ensure manufacturability and cost targets.
