Haddad Organization Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Packaging Designer to lead the packaging design strategy across brands and oversee development from concept through production.

You will guide cross-functional teams, establish standards, and drive quality, consistency, and innovation in premium children’s wear packaging across multiple markets. Consistent in-office presence is required to maintain brand integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging/graphic design or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in packaging design or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design strategy across brands and ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Direct cross-functional teams including design, sales, marketing, and sourcing.
• Set packaging standards and update processes across vendors.
• Oversee approvals for digital and physical packaging across all brands.
• Drive cost efficiencies in packaging development and manufacturing.
• Ensure sample schedules meet deadlines and manage risks.
• Communicate process updates and priorities to internal and external teams.
• Oversee packaging audits and ensure compliance with standards.
