Job summary

OnTrac is hiring at our Dayton, NJ facility to join a fast-paced warehouse team responsible for ensuring safe, accurate packaging and delivery routing. The role involves helping manage daily package flows, inspections, and driver check-ins in a collaborative environment.

You'll work Friday through Sunday from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM with a base pay of $23.10 per hour plus a $1.00/hour weekend differential. Our benefits package supports health, financial security, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company safety protocols.
• Train and guide Package Handlers, providing hands-on demonstrations and ongoing performance feedback.
• Oversee package handling, sorting, and inspection processes to ensure accuracy, prevent damage, and avoid misroutes.
• Monitor equipment functionality, submit maintenance requests, and manage damaged freight according to company procedures.
• Check in/out third-party drivers, verify credentials, and ensure proper documentation and manifest accuracy.

Pay

The Must-Haves

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• 1 year of industry experience
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Regularly lift, push, pull 25 - 35 lbs. Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs. using a pallet jack or gaylords to transport large packages.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
