Job summary
The Boeing Company in Huntsville, AL seeks a Lead, Senior or Expert Test & Evaluation Engineer to serve as PAC-3 Test Technical Lead. You will oversee cross-disciplinary test planning, readiness reviews and execution for PAC-3 seeker system and test equipment, mentoring engineers and aligning with program management practices.
Active U.S. Security Clearance required; rooftop program growth in Huntsville due to upgrades and production. Relocation options may apply.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 8+ years in requirements analysis, architecture/design and product design.
- 8+ years leading a multi-skilled engineering team.
- 8+ years executing tests to verify and validate requirements.
- Experience in missile system development and weapon system integration.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Establish PAC-3 program verification and validation instructions.
- Coordinate a multi-skilled team to develop and execute testing strategies.
- Lead development of test system requirements and verification methods.
- Lead RCCA investigations and resolutions for test issues.
- Ensure Technical Readiness Review rigor.
- Support Risk, Issues, and Opportunities management.
