Job summary

ConvenientMD in New Hampshire is seeking a Lead Provider (PA) to deliver high‑quality urgent care. In this role you’ll act as clinical leader for staff, mentor new-grad providers, and help shape patient experiences across our clinics.

You’ll perform exams, order and interpret tests, administer injections, maintain EMR documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, compassionate care for every patient.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree and PA certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with comprehensive assessments.
• Document and maintain EMR records accurately.
• Mentor and support new-grad providers and staff.
• Collaborate with clinic team to plan dispositions.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable laws.
