  • Support junior field personnel and collaborate with engineers and project managers
  • Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams; apply company and client‑specific test procedures
  • Ensure all site activities meet operational and safety standards
  • Document test results and field service reports accurately and on time
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and control centers throughout project execution
  • Follow strict safety and PPE usage protocols due to noise, electrical hazards, and elevated work areas
The Experience We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience in commissioning, protection & control testing, and relay calibration
  • 5+ years leading field execution, coordinating testing plans, and mentoring technicians
  • Extensive experience with P&C system integration, panel checkout, pilot channels (fiber, power line carrier, etc.), and SCADA systems
  • Hands‑on experience with data/SER/Fault recording and substation automation equipment
  • Strong knowledge of three‑phase power systems and related protection schemes
  • Proficiency with substation test equipment, tools, and testing software
  • Skilled in interpreting wiring diagrams, single‑line drawings, and elementary schematics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight stays
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • An Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
