Job summary

Jobot is seeking a veterinary clinic leader to oversee medical operations, staff management, and financial performance in a growth-focused environment in Houston.

You will provide high-quality medical care, diagnose and treat a variety of animals, and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with laws and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian, with leadership or ownership experience preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing a veterinary clinic or similar business.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
• Deep passion for animal care and welfare with commitment to high standards.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using veterinary software and technology.
• Current licensure in good standing to practice veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies, including marketing and client retention.
• Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, budgeting, and inventory management.
