Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to lead a growing veterinary clinic in Dallas, Texas. You will oversee medical operations, supervise staff, manage budgeting, and drive strategic growth while delivering exceptional care for pets and their families in a collaborative environment.

The role requires diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, performing surgeries, mentoring clinicians and support staff, building strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with laws, and

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing veterinarian, leadership/ownership preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing a veterinary clinic or similar business.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff relations.
• Deep passion for animal care and welfare with commitment to high standards of care.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using veterinary software and technology.
• Current licensure to practice veterinary medicine in good standing.

• Ensuring the clinic complies with all relevant laws and regulations, upholding high standards of animal welfare.
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, including marketing initiatives and client retention.
• Handling administrative tasks such as record-keeping, budgeting, and inventory management.

Qualifications:
