Mount Carmel Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Lead Outpatient Therapist or Outpatient Manager to join the team!
As the Lead Outpatient Therapist or Outpatient Manager, you will oversee the clinical support activities at our facility. Your responsibilities include managing program goals, staff, resources, and equipment, ensuring high standards of care. You will leverage your background in behavioral health and at least two years in a managerial or supervisory role to implement program objectives, oversee budgets, and enforce policies that improve participant involvement and program efficacy. Additionally, your leadership will ensure compliance with standards set by TJC, Medicare, and other regulatory bodies. This role requires a proactive, empathetic leader committed to fostering a positive environment and continuous improvement in patient care and staff performance.
