The ideal candidate has prior cash handling and customer-service experience, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating positive guest experiences. This on-site role is based in Ocala, FL and requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers with purchases, questions, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately process transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments, in accordance with company policies.
• Understand and adhere to all guidelines regarding restricted-sale items.
• Follow all cash handling, balancing, and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of property shows, promotions, and upcoming events, as well as local area attractions.
• Label, stock, rotate, and inventory merchandise as required.
• Maintain awareness of inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Consistently provide excellent customer service that reflects the World Equestrian Center brand standards.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.
