BURLEBO is seeking a Senior Apparel Graphic Designer in Austin to shape visuals across apparel, accessories, and seasonal collections. You will develop original artwork from concept to production, leading graphic direction for tees, hats, outerwear, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in apparel, outdoor, athletic, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Exceptional illustration and drawing ability with typography and layout skills.
• Advanced experience creating original, production-ready repeat patterns, prints, and colorways.
• Strong graphic tee and hat design experience, including embroidery-ready artwork.
• Strong understanding of apparel production and decoration, including screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, patches, color separations, and print placements.
• Portfolio demonstrates apparel graphics, illustration, pattern design, typography, and production-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop original apparel graphics, illustrations, typography, logos, patterns, prints, and artwork from concept through final production.
• Lead graphic development across tees, hats, outerwear, and performance apparel.
• Create production-ready repeat patterns, prints, and colorways across seasons.
• Develop embroidery-ready artwork, patches, sublimation artwork, and other decoration applications.
• Translate seasonal direction into compelling, commercially relevant graphics.
• Build cohesive seasonal collections across multiple product categories with a consistent visual POV.
