Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Customer Service.
• Coursework/Training: Communication.
• 5 years of experience in medical reception.
• 2 yeasrs of Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations with emphasis on patient care delivery and service quality.
• Direct and coordinate staffing and use of resources to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee reception, patient registration, scheduling, and payment collection across departments.
