Job summary

Trinity Health Corp. is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join MercyOne Genesis in Davenport, IA. Build and lead a new hand and upper-extremity program with strong institutional support and access to ORs and APP coverage.

The role offers a high-volume setting across hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow care, with a collaborative team and a stable schedule to support professional and personal balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required with ABOS board certification/eligibility.
• Fellowship in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery preferred.
• Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and elevate a comprehensive Hand & Upper Extremity program from day one.
• Provide high-volume surgical and clinical care for hand, wrist, forearm and elbow pathology.
• Collaborate with emergency medicine, anesthesia, and therapy teams to achieve outcomes.
• Lead and contribute to a multi-specialty team within MercyOne Genesis.
