This is a foundational role to design, develop, and elevate a comprehensive Hand & Upper Extremity program from day one, with strong institutional support and dedicated operating room access.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree required.
Fellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery.
ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Design and lead a comprehensive Hand & Upper Extremity program from day one.
Provide full spectrum hand and upper extremity care, including complex fractures and nerve/tendon injuries.
Collaborate with emergency medicine, primary care, anesthesia, hospitalists, and therapy teams.
