Qualifications

• 3+ years of orthodontic experience with strong case presentation and high conversion.
• DDS or DMD from a US dental school; accredited orthodontic residency required.
• Active California dental license or eligibility; specialty credentials in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive orthodontic care to a diverse patient base.
• Lead treatment consultations and present findings to foster high case acceptance.
• Oversee chairside delivery, wire placements, adjustments, and debonding with the assisting team.
• Maintain accurate digital records and progress notes.
