Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lab prep/technician for up to 23 sections of Organic Chemistry Lab
  • Supervise and train up to 15 lab TAs per semester
  • Act as course coordinator
  • Ensure safety procedures are being followed in classrooms
  • Equipment and supply management
  • Potential to supervise other teaching lab technician as necessitated by course enrollment
