Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia seeks an experienced Operating Room nurse leader to direct daily OR operations and patient flow. You will work with the Manager of Surgical Services to maintain policies and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years nursing practice in the OR, RN licensure, and strong communication and organizational skills. This part-time role includes relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years nursing practice in operating room.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• RN licensure and required certifications on hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement standards of practice and department policies.
• Act as subject matter expert in Surgical Services nursing.
• Support and coordinate with Managers and Educators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality metrics.
• Manage patient flow and collaboration with surgeons and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
