LensCrafters is seeking a Managing Optometrist to lead store operations and deliver exceptional patient care. You will set goals, oversee KPI performance, and act as the brand ambassador in the community. The role focuses on achieving service excellence while maintaining clinical standards.

You will maintain licensure, mentor staff, and ensure efficient scheduling to meet patient demand, driving a positive patient experience and business results.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capability.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Knowledge of sound business practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the marketplace and store operations to deliver brand promises.
• Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and ensure execution of plans.
• Maintain the office as the leading optical provider in the community.
• Provide high-quality optometric care and patient service.
• Train and guide team members, conduct chart audits with Associate Optometrist.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage scheduling to meet patient demand.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, protocols, and safety standards.
