LensCrafters in Minnesota is seeking a Managing Optometrist to lead the marketplace and drive clinical and business results. You will ensure the highest quality optometric care, deliver a superior patient experience, and manage KPI-driven performance with the support of a store team.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining state licensure, conducting chart audits with the Associate Optometrist, and recruiting top talent to ensure a patient-centered practice that leverages technology

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Proven leadership and management ability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Knowledge of sound business management practices.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with clear objectives and KPI targets.

• Conduct chart audits with Associate Optometrist and maintain licensure requirements.
