Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic with KPI focus and brand standard adherence.
• Deliver high-quality optometric care to patients.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM, and store team to drive growth.
• Provide staff training and constructive feedback.
• Maintain state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Ensure excellent patient service and positive Doctor/patient relationships.
