Responsibilities

• Lead staff to deliver high-quality patient care and Salesforce patient service standards.
• Ensure accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment plans on first visit.
• Foster positive Doctor/Patient relationships and effective teamwork.
• Coach and train team in orientation, front desk, pre-testing, and exam quality.
