Job summary

Target Optical in Minnesota seeks an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high-quality eye care, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system. You will lead clinical services, collaborate with the team, and contribute to patient satisfaction and brand growth.

Licensed Optometrist with strong communication and up-to-date technology knowledge is required. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities within EssilorLuxottica's Target Optical network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in Minnesota.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to deliver enhanced patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Train and guide team members.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance expectations.
• Help the brand be the leading optical provider in the community.
