LensCrafters in Silverdale, WA is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist to lead patient care and collaborate with store leadership to deliver high-quality eye exams and optical services.

You will perform clinical protocols, support medical practice and pre/post-op care, and help drive growth with a patient-first approach while maintaining state licensure and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and state licensure required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads in collaboration with MOD and store team to deliver outstanding results.
• Exceeds results through KPI management and accountability.
• Maintains the clinic as a recognized medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Provides patient-first service and exceptional care across exams and fit processes.
• Ensures staff follow service process steps to communicate eye exams and recommendations.
• Maintains licensure and continuing education requirements.
