Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining/CNC experience or equivalent skill.
• Strong blueprint reading with GD&T fluency.
• Proficiency with precision measurement and hand metrology.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; mentoring capability.
• Experience with 4/5-axis machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and run CNC and Swiss lathes.
• Load, verify, and edit programs; manage offsets; verify first-piece quality.
• Select and manage tooling, fixtures, and workholding for throughput.
• Run multiple machines to meet demand and track cycles and progress.
• Interpret blueprints and verify quality throughout the run.
• Log setup, downtime, and production data; chase improvements.
