Job summary
Kelly Engineering is hiring a hands-on Systems Architect to lead the technical direction of a complex optical/electrical hardware product in Madison, WI. You will own architecture decisions, guide cross-functional teams from concept through development, and shape the program's technical direction.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates outside the area, and the role includes an annual bonus with pay flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
Qualifications
- Strong optical and/or electrical engineering background.
- Systems architecture experience with complex hardware products.
- Experience developing new products from concept through execution.
- Technical leadership experience across engineering teams.
- AR/VR, eye tracking, wearables, imaging, displays, optics, or sensor experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead system architecture for a complex hardware product.
- Solve technical challenges across optics, electrical engineering, sensing, imaging, and related systems.
- Make key design decisions and identify risks early.
- Guide cross-functional engineering teams from concept through development.
