Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interaction skills.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem solving.
- Proficient with MS Excel and Office.
- Experience in vacuum processes and thin film deposition is desirable.
- At least 10 years of experience in related field.
- U.S. Persons per ITAR are required.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement optical filters to meet customer requirements.
- Develop or improve processes for manufacturing optical coatings.
- Cover optical coating design, substrate preparation, handling and vacuum-based deposition, plus post-coating metrology.
