Job summary

North Carolina Retina Associates in Greenville, NC is seeking experienced ophthalmic technicians for lead/scribe roles including photographers and work-up technicians. The lead techs must assist the physician in the room, triage patients and help schedule surgeries.

Qualifications include ophthalmology office technician experience, clinic operations ability, and OCT/Fundus/FA experience; familiarity with MDI Intellechart is a plus. Normal hours are M–F, 8am–5pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a technician in an Ophthalmology office.
• Ability to aid in daily tasks of running a medical clinic.
• OCT/Fundus/FA experience.
• Scribe experience, familiarity with MDI Intellechart preferred, but not required.
• Ability to assist in coordinating surgery schedules and reviewing and editing medical charts/referrals.
